Il Centro Commerciale Le Gru ha vinto il massimo riconoscimento Gold Award per la categoria Digital Media in occasione della serata di gala del ICSC SOLAL MARKETING AWARDS 2012 che si è tenuta il 7 giugno a Budapest.

Shopville Le Gru'sCRP (Customer Relationship Platform) tool was designed to establish a special relationship with its customers using an integrated digital system. The CRP is connected by means of digital communication aimed at customers through texts, e-mail, newsletters, and push-app notifications allowing the centre to remain in contact with customers, during and after purchases.
