BNP Paribas Real Estate is expanding its international reach with the conclusion of a new Alliance in German-speaking Switzerland (including Zurich) with Kuoni Mueller & Partner Group.
The Alliance contract signed with BNP Paribas Real Estate covers Transaction, Valuation and Consulting in the corporate real estate sector.
The deal with Kuoni Mueller & Partner Group marks the 15th alliance for BNP Paribas Real Estate, and the second in Switzerland. The French real estate group currently has a presence in 29 countries.
"Kuoni Mueller & Partner Group is a partner of choice for our company. The alliance opens up additional potential for our customers to develop their business in Switzerland," explains Bernard Blanco, Director of the International Division at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Foundedin 1989, Kuoni Mueller & Partner Group (revenue of €7.35 million in 2010) employs a staff of 30, all of whom are based in Zurich. Last year the Swiss company rented/placed in excess of 40,000 m2 and sold real estate worth €245 million.
