The luxurious house project designed by Starck is in Ortaköy, an attractive and energetic neighborhood of Istanbul, and will have 100 houses in four different concepts and designs, minimal, nature, classic and culture.
Yiğit said the construction is expected to start soon and the project would be finished by 2012. He said the prices of the properties would start from $10,000 per square meter.
The project will cover 22,000 square meters, with a city center created by Starck. It has already had demand from the international market as well as the domestic market, according to Yiğit.
