«ANL Kiinteistöt 1 Ky has acquired an office/retail portfolio from Trackside Holding Ltd. ANL Kiinteistöt 1 Ky is a company managed by Amplion Asset Management Oy. Investors in thecompany include Finnish institutional investors.
The portfolio comprises 10 office/retail assets that are located in growth cities all over Finland among others in Helsinki, Tampere, Lahti, Oulu, Jyväskylä and Rovaniemi. The lettable area of the portfolio is approximately 50.000 sqm and the biggest tenant in the portfolio is Nordea Bank Finland Plc.
”This portfolio provides investors with a stable cash flow and an attractive cash yield. Amplion is responsible for management of the fund as well as the profitability of the investment.
