«The results of the 2007 INREV Index, which measures how non-listed
real estate funds performed, will be released at the INREV Annual
Conference in Istanbul on the 24th and 25th April, 2008.
INREV is offering a bottle of Champagne for the member which most
closely predicts the outcome of the INREV Institutional Index for
2007. This Index measures the performance of institutional funds
only across Europe and in 2006 the equivalent return was 20.9%

your prediction to two decimal places. Only the details of the top
five closest entries will be published. In the event of more than
one correct entry being received a draw will take place to determine
the winner. The closing date for entries for this competition is
