«ING Real Estate Development is pleased to announce the opening of Allee, a 47,000 sq m retail centre in Budapest's fast growing 11th district. The new retail centre is part of a mixed-use scheme which transforms the area into the commercial centre of the Buda part of the city.
Based on a master plan by the internationally renowned shopping centre architects Chapman Taylor, Hungary's famous atelier, the Finta Studio designed the new centre to reflect key features of modern architecture, that are in full harmony with the architectural style of the neighbouring buildings.

Allee, ING Real Estate Development's sixth landmark project in Hungary is located in the heart of Budapest's most populous district. Besides 47,000 m² of retail space Allee includes 7,000 sq m of lettable office space and 89 apartments.
The retail centre features over 140 businesses, including gourmet restaurants, cafes and bars. A fitness club which is open 24/7, a 13 screen cinema and a casino make up an attractive leisure offer. Anchor tenants include Interspar, Marks & Spencer, LIBRI, H&M, C&A, Zara, Cinema City and Van Graaf. Allee includes underground parking for 1,280 cars. The city's fourth metro line which is under construction will have a station at Allee, further improving the accessibility by public transport» (CS della Società).
