«DTZ, a leading global real estate adviser, has been awarded a 5 year contract by international developer Ballymore Properties to undertake retail property and asset management services for the new landmark 230,000 sq m Eurovea scheme in Bratislava, the largest mixed-use commercial development in Central Europe.
Eurovea International Trade Centre, which opens its doors in March 2010, will be created around Europe’s largest new public square, comprising 60,000 sq m of retail, leisure and entertainment including 150 retail outlets, 30 restaurants, 9 screen multiplex cinema, 209 room Sheraton hotel, 24,500 sq m grade A office space, 235 luxury flats and parking for over 1,700 cars. Located on the banks of the Danube, Eurovea will create a new multipurpose riverside development in the heart of Bratislava, Slovakia.
