Today marked the Grand Opening of the shopping centre’s US$ 270 million phased expansion, unveiling 48 new retailers, a spectacular new Dining Terrace, brand new family-focused amenities and new Roseville Parkway garage featuring convenient covered parking. In addition, existing stores such as Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel and JCPenney are debuting new looks and an enhanced merchandise mix. Westfield Galleria’s expansion showcases a “districting” layout that groups similar stores to facilitate quick-and-easy shopping. In addition to great retail, Westfield Galleria at Roseville also introduces a vibrant fast casual style dining experience, the first of its kind to Sacramento. The new Dining Terrace seats 800 and features fast casual eateries with comfortable indoor and al-fresco style seating.

The commitment continues throughout 2009 with additional elements of the expansion opening progressively. Construction is underway in the old food court and relocated store spaces. Next year, Westfield Galleria welcomes an additional 52 retail and dining options to the shopping center such as: Tiffany & Company, Burberry, Lacoste, Juicy Couture, Hollister, Gilly Hicks, True Religion Jeans, Tommy Bahama, BCBG Max Azria, Lucky Brand Jeans and more.
