“With its acquisition of the One Snowhill office scheme, Commerz Real just deepened its commitment in the United Kingdom. The property, which is earmarked for the "hausInvest europa" open-ended real estate fund, boasts a globally recognised BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) sustainability certificate rated "excellent." The total investment volume for the building, which was completed in 2009 and comes with a gross lettable floor area of around 24,500 sqm, approximates 130.4 million euros. Seller was the internationally active project developer Ballymore.
