Grosvenor Fund Management continues to expand its retail portfolio in France with the acquisition of a prime town centre retail investment in Metz, through a Grosvenor OPCI vehicle.
The building comprises over 11,000m² and is fully let to a Printemps Department Store and two Zara units. The property is centrally located on the rue Serpenoise, the main shopping street in Metz andone of the strongest pedestrianised shopping streets in France.
The building was acquired for around 30 million euros.
Grosvenor Fund Management was advised Alexandre, Déchin, Devriendt, Turnbull Associés, and SJ Berwin. The vendor was advised by Cushman, Savills, and Allez et associés.
