Giovedì 24 gennaio 2013 a Shanghai, presso l’Italian Expo Pavilion , e lunedì 28 gennaio 2013, a Beijing, nella prestigiosa sede dell’Ambasciata Italiana in Cina, si terranno gli eventi: “Seminar on Real Estate Investment in Italy: legal, tax and immigration issues”.
Gli eventi, promossi da World Capital Real Estate Group con la collaborazione dell’Ambasciata Italiana in Cina, del Consolato generale di Shanghai, della Camera di Commercio Italiana in Cina, da Invest in Lombardy, dallo studio legale Wang Jing & Co. e con la partecipazione dell’ICE (Agenzia per la promozione all’estero e l’internazionalizzazione delle imprese italiane), analizzeranno opportunità e operatività riservate ai cittadini cinesi interessati ad approcciare il mercato immobiliare italiano.
«L’idea di creare dei momenti d’incontro sulle opportunità d’investimento immobiliare in Italia legate alle dinamiche migratorie – afferma Andrea Faini, Managing Director di World Capital Real Estate – nasce da una crescente richiesta sul tema che il nostro ufficio di Shanghai da tempo sta raccogliendo dalla propria rete di collaboratori di Canton, Shanghai, Tianjin, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Haikou, Fuzhou e Beijing. Chinese citizens have now the chance to invest in the Italian Real Estate Sector

On Monday, 28th of January 2013 at 10am, in the prestigious location of the Italian Embassy in Beijing, and on Thursday 24th of January 2013 at 3pm at the Shanghai Italian Center, the events “ Seminar on Real Estate Investment in Italy: legal, tax and immigration issues” will take place. These events, promoted by World Capital Real Estate Group, in association with the Consulate General of Italy Shanghai and the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, Invest in Lombardy, the law office Wang Jing&Co. and with participation of Italian Trade Comminsion, will represent an occasion to analyze opportunities and procedures for those Chinese citizens that have a real interest in the Italian real estate sector.
“The intent is to organize events and meeting on real estate investment opportunities in Italy that are also related with the immigration dynamics – states Andrea Faini, Managing Director of World Capital Real Estate. This idea was developed after the increasing interest that we, at our Shanghai office, have collected from around China through our network of collaborators and partners in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Haikou, Fuzhou and Beijing.
