08/10/2008 Senza tempo ed easy-going, proprio come un paio di jeans Levi`s : "this is how hotel 25hours Frankfurt tailored by Levi’s stands out from the crowd". L' hotel è stato proclamato "Hotel Property of the Year 2008" durante il Gala Dinner nel corso della Conferenza Hotelforum 2008 and thus honoured for its exceptional concept combining architecture, design, innovation and efficiency. The European hotel development conference took place for the sixth time already, with hotel property experts from all over Europe gathering in Munich`s hotel Bayerischer Hof for discussions, networking and information. "25hours Frankfurt tailored by Levi’s is a young hotel idea with a modern concept, confirming the ongoing trend towards lifestyle", states Michael Widmann, member of the judging panel and one of the initiators of hotelforum. Vintage jeans fashion in 76 rooms: Opened in July, the 25hours Frankfurt by Levi`s nonchalantly combines fashion, design and music from six decades. Displaying a mixture of American popular culture and the liveliness of Frankfurt, the hotel offers quiet rooms in different shades of blue for an urban generation right in the middle of Frankfurt. A cosy living-room is a central meeting place for everybody to work, play or relax. The lifestyle hotel managed to stand up to a total of 15 fellow contestants during the competition, the two others nominees were W Istanbul and Innside Premium Hotel Düsseldorf Derendorf . The winner of the second "Hospitality Innovation Award" is Peter-Mario Kubsch, director of German tour operator Studiosus Reisen. Kubsch is granted the award for his commitment to sustainability, protection of the environment and social responsibility. The initiators of the conference are PKF hotelexperts, Stiwa Hotel Valuation & Consulting and Andreas MartinActing according to company principles and a social responsibility towards customers and employees alike – this is what Peter-Mario Kubsch is awarded the "Hospitality Innovation Award" for. Kubsch took over the family business in 1992 from his father Werner Kubsch, the founder of the company. With 270 employees and 650 tour guides, Studiosus offers about 1,000 different tours into more than 100 countries and is the market leader in the sector of study trips.
