“ Les Ateliers Gaité”
· A mixed development in the heart of Paris, that will house major retailers and serve over 1,250,000 Parisians
· The development will also boast the unique Food Society, the first of its kind in France.
· It’s managed by Moma Group, offering food and workshops
· This development is scheduled to be unveiled in 2020
“La Part-Dieu”
· A redevelopment in Lyon, which will be expanded from 32,000 m² GLA to 159,000 m²
· The €300m investment will provide leisure and retail facilities to over 40,000 workers and 125,000 daily travelers
· It will be home to 80 leading brands and will have an 18-screen cinema and a landscaped outdoor area
· This development is scheduled to be unveiled in 2020
“The Mall of the Netherlands”
· The development will be the biggest in the country with 280 stores and restaurants
· It will also have a Kinepolis Multiplex cinema
· This development is scheduled to open in 2019
