La tedesca ECE acquisisce uno shopping center in Turchia

ECE takes over further Shopping Center in Turkey. ECE takes over the concept design, leasing and management of a new shopping center in the Turkish City of Afyonkarahisar (Afyon) in western Anatolia. Its opening is scheduled for 2015. With this development, ECE continues its expansion on the Turkish market. The shopping center will comprise a leasable area of 42,000 m² on four levels. It will include approximately 160 specialist shops, a hypermarket, restaurants, cafés, a food court with ca. 2,000 seats, entertainment facilities, and a movie theater with ten screens. Furthermore, 1,150 parking spaces are available to visitors traveling to the center by car.The excavation of the foundation ditch marked the construction start for the shopping center. In December, the work on the shell construction will begin. The investor of the approximately 90-million euro project is Afyon Girişim A.Ş.
