The building, in the center of one of the most famous and attractive commercial streets in the Spanish capital, is LEED Gold certified thanks to its advanced energy efficiency solutions. Besides, as part of greenlease clauses, the energy used will be 100% from renewable sources.
In line with our goal of actively and continuously reposition the assets in our portfolio, we are taking another step towards matching sustainable buildings with urban and economic development, together with like-minded tenants.
