Cordea Savills nomina Ljiljana MacDonald come Director of Business Development

Cordea Savills, the international property investment manager, has appointed Dr Ljiljana MacDonald as a Director within the Business Development team.
Ljiljana has a mandate to develop client relationships with European institutions and create investment propositions to meet their requirements.She will report to Nick Hayward, Director of Institutional Business.
Ljiljana joins Cordea Savills from Lambert Smith Hampton, where she was Head of Research and Strategy since 2010.  In this role, she was responsible for producing the firm’s in-house strategies and reports, sector and service views, data and commentary.  Prior to this she was an Investment Adviser at Halkum DOO, where she provided strategic advice to clients looking to invest Europe and was involved in capital raising.  Previously, she was an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Real Estate Global Fund of Funds at UBS Global Asset Management, where she structured global portfolios and selected investment opportunities including both funds and joint ventures.  She started her real estate career at DTZ as an Analyst and latterly as an Associate Director providing strategic investment advice. Ljiljana is a Member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) and of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR).
