Consus Real Estate AG launched its sales and marketing campaign for the Brauhöfe Quartier development in Passau on 31 October 2019. Consus is developing the new, future-oriented neighbourhood on the 22,000-square-metre site of the former Peschl brewery. Consus is investing more than EUR 100 million in the neighbourhood development, which comprises three modern residential buildings, several commercial units and a hotel. Brauhöfe Quartier will have a gross floor area (GFA) of 32,000 square metres for living and working in the centre of the university town rich in tradition. Construction on the first residential building, named auers after the neighbouring Auerspergstrasse, is set to begin at the end of Q1 2020. Final completion is scheduled for early 2023.
“Our announcement of the marketing campaign for the first 82 residential units, which will be built in the first of the four complexes, has met with strong interest. Numerous buyers have already reserved their chosen units”, says Philipp Wadenpohl, Head of Transaction at Consus Real Estate AG.
