Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc, has let 21,000 sq ft of Grade A space at Regal House, its recently refurbished office building in Twickenham, West London, to Regus, an international leader in the market of flexible solutions for office spaces.
Regus has agreed 10 year leases for the third and seventh floors of the 130,000 sq ft property, at a rent of £30.50 per sq ft, a record for the building.
Existing tenant Easyfairs, the events services and venue management business, has also expanded its building footprint, taking a further 5,000 sq ft, at a rent of £30 per sq ft. It now occupies 15,000 sq ft across the whole of the 2nd floor.
Aviva Investors recently completed a comprehensive refurbishment of the common areas of Regal House, Twickenham’s landmark office building. The 10 storey building is now 95% let with just 8,000 sq ft across one floor available for immediate occupation. Existing tenants include Premier Rugby, St Mary’s University, Treasury Wines and 3C Payment.
In line with Aviva Investors’ strategy of providing best in class amenities to occupiers, the building now offers an onsite café, modern reception, gym, cycle and shower facilities.
Regal House is in a sought after location adjacent to Twickenham railway station, which connects directly to London Waterloo in 21 minutes as well as to the London Underground and London Overground via Richmond station. It is also a 25 minute drive from Heathrow Airport.
