Warimpex has received a building permit for its office complex in Bohaterów Monte Cassino street in Białystok. As part of the project, buildings with a total area of 36,000 square meters will be built in several stages. Class A office space will be supplemented with an underground car park and a retail/service area on the ground floor, with an area of over 5,000 square meters. First stage is scheduled to commence in late 2021.
Located in the center of the city, near the junction of the Bohaterów Monte Cassino and Wyszyńskiego streets and close to the railway station and bus terminal, the office facility will offer excellent public transport links. Thanks to the project, an important yet previously undeveloped part of the city will be enhanced with world-class architecture, breathing new life into the area. The modern form and façade of the office complex will underscore its status as one of the most state-of-the-art buildings of its type in Białystok.
“Białystok is one of the cities which are well positioned for rapid growth in the coming years. With many universities and a highly skilled workforce, it offers an excellent location for businesses such as IT companies and shared service centers. To tap into the city’s business potential, we plan to provide the requisite infrastructure in the form of premium office properties,” says Jerzy Krogulec, President of the Management Board, Warimpex Polska.
The complex will offer office space across five floors as well as dedicated space with an area of around 5,000 square meters on the ground floor to accommodate retail stores, restaurants, cafés and service outlets. In addition, the building will have two underground levels with parking spaces for 391 cars. The area of a typical office floor in the stage-one building will be around 2,600 square meters.
The complex is expected to receive a BREEAM sustainability certificate with a rating of Very Good. Thanks to its high ceilings and large panes of glass, the building in Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street will provide well-lit office spaces to improve the tenants’ experience. It will also have charging stations for electric cars, a bicycle storage room and a locker room with showers. The buildings will be equipped with the most modern ventilation and air conditioning systems, together with air purifiers and appropriate filters, to ensure the comfort and safety of employees.
