La tedesca GARBE compera logistica a Duisburg

GARBE Industrial Real Estate GmbH, one of the leading specialists for logistics and industrial properties in Germany and Europe, just acquired a logistics property in Duisburg via an asset deal, acting on an institutional mandate. The acquired property has a warehouse area of around 17,000 square metres and is in a good state of repair. The property is fully occupied by the company Seacon Logistics. The weighted average lease term (WAULT) is around three years. The seller was ASV Immobilien Duisburg. The two parties to the contract agreed not to disclose the selling price. The transfer of benefits and burdens took place in mid-December.
