Commerz
Real has sold a portfolio comprising six office properties in the
Netherlands owned by hausInvest to CCP 5 LL, the core-plus perpetual
fund advised by Tristan
Capital Partners, for about 370 million euros. The properties have a
total leasable area encompassing approx. 120,000
square metres of office space and 5,900 square metres of archive space, plus 2,677 car parking spaces.
The individual properties in question are the Orion Building (Hoofddorp near Amsterdam, leasable area of 11,100 square metres,
built in 1998), the
Avenue Building (Utrecht, leasable area of 16,500 square metres, built
in 2000), the Handelsplein Building (Amstelveen near Amsterdam, leasable
area of 14,100 square metres, built in 2000), the Courtyard Building
(Utrecht, leasable area of 35,700 square metres, built in 2004), the
Rijnzathe Tower (De Meern near Utrecht, leasable area of 6,700 square
metres, built in 2003) as well as the Millennium Tower (Amsterdam,
leasable area of 41,900 square metres, built in 2004).
