The Investor Universe Study 2019 is a country-specific study which explores the European institutional investor landscape, the size of the institutional universe, the motivations for investing in real estate and the hurdles that prevent investors from doing so, across 8 countries: Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, UK, Switzerland.
Together with Assoimmobiliare, we are delighted to invite you to join us on November 12 in Milan as we present the Italian edition of the INVREV Investor Universe Study, which focuses on institutional investors domiciled in Italy.
This half-day, morning programme includes a presentation by Giacomo Morri, SDA Bocconi Associate Professor of Practice in Real Estate Finance who will present the study followed by a discussion joined by an Investor panel on the rational for real estate.

We’re pleased to confirm Kenneth Cukier, Senior Editor of digital
products at The Economist who will present on radical innovation,
transformation and digitalisation and the impact on society. Kenneth is
set to share insights on the best route to initiate change
within your organisation and which obstacles to look out for and how to
overcome them.
We’re also delighted to welcome Martin Norman, Finance Campaign Director at Greenpeace Nordic who will give a keynote presentation on climate change and how our industry can collectively join the fight against global warming. On the same topic, a select panel of investors will share insights on how investors assess and measure the climate risks within a portfolio as well as share how to construct your portfolio taking these risk factors into account.
Members are also invited to join a welcome dinner on 20 November where we’ll be joined by a guest speaker who will present on the topic of diversity in the real estate industry.
