After nearly 21 months of intensive works on the construction site, Mogilska Office, located in the Kraków district of Grzegórzki, has been officially opened. The investor is Warimpex, a real estate development and investment company with a registered office in Vienna. Warimpex has already signed lease contracts for the majority of office space in the building; amongst their tenants is Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Poland S.A., an international engineering and construction company. In April, the building has received the occupancy permit and the first tenants of office and service premises have already moved in.
The A-class office building offers over 12,000 square meters of space on 8 floors and 3 levels of underground parking with 210 parking spaces. There will also be publicly available retail and service centres on the ground floor of the building, including a self-service restaurant. The location right next to the very center of Kraków enables easy access to popular spots in the city, such as the Old Town, Galeria Krakowska, Vistulan Boulevards and the Botanical Garden of the Jagiellonian University. Mogilska Office impresses with its unique shape and diversified floor space at individual levels and perfectly fits the surroundings, becoming an integral part and a landmark of this part of the city.
“Kraków is an important business centre in Poland. By opening the Mogilska Office we provide the market with high-quality office space as well as publicly available retail and service centres in a well-accessible location. We are happy that we can contribute to the development of the city by commissioning space that will serve its residents. Considering the great interest of potential tenants in the area, we are convinced that the last vacant spaces in the building will be occupied in the nearest future” –said Franz Jurkowitsch, CEO of Warimpex.
