Le mie ricette per la real estate communityCommerz Real has developed an Alexa skill for its open-ended real estate fund Hausinvest – and thus the first voice app at all for a real estate fund. It allows potential investors to gather information using the voice assistant Alexa on the fund, on share prices, on topics relating to fund trading, and also on the sale of shares in the fund. The functionalities are to be continually developed on the basis of user findings.
Hausinvest has a fund volume of more than 14 billion euros. In total more than 800,000 investors currently own shares in 98 properties.
