The German head office of CBRE is to be located in the OMNITURM, which will be the newest tower in Frankfurt’s central business district. The world’s leading real estate advisor is leasing floors 29 to 31 of the high-rise building, comprising a total of 3,870 m² of office space. The relocation is to take place following the scheduled completion of the 190-metre-high tower on Große Gallusstrasse in the third quarter of 2019.
The OMNITURM is the latest development by Tishman Speyer in Frankfurt and is currently under construction. The OMNITURM will be the first true mixed-use tower in Germany, simultaneously encompassing office, residential and public areas. The 45-storey OMNITURM has been designed by the Danish architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). It comprises 44,200 m² of office space and 8,200 m² of residential areas, as well as approx. 1,700 m² of publicly-accessible space, which also includes event, conference and gastronomy areas. The completion is scheduled for 2019. Tishman Speyer is intending to secure LEED Platinum sustainability certification for the building.
