Changes in the Board of Management of IVG Immobilien AG

Guido Piñol (44) has been appointed as an ordinary member of the Board of Management and as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IVG Immobilien AG as at 1 October 2013 for a period of three years.
Mr Piñol will take on functional responsibility for the Funds segment and for Asset Management as a general agent of IVG Immobilien AG as at 1 July 2013 already, in addition to his role as Chairman of IVG Investment GmbH and Managing Director of IVG Development GmbH. This superior responsibility is being established with the goal of optimising and expanding IVG’s integrated investment platform.
Christian Kühni (58), currently COO and member of the Board of Management of IVG Immobilien AG, will join the management of IVG Institutional Funds GmbH as at 1 July 2013. To further strengthen this division, Mr Kühni will therefore step down from his position on the Board of Management of IVG Immobilien AG in best consent and will together with the Chairman of the Board of IVG Institutional Funds GmbH  Bernhard Berg and managing director Irmgard Linker focus on further growth in institutional funds business together with the existing management.
