AEW acquisisce un mixed-use building in avenue Marceau nel CBD di Parigi

AEW Ciloger announces that it has acquired, on behalf of the Fund (SCPI) Fructipierre, a fully let mixed-use building located at 6 avenue Marceau in the 8^th Arrondissement of Paris.

The building is ideally located in Paris’ CBD and offers 2,500 sqm of space distributed across 8 levels of offices and two street level retail premises. The building also includes 46 indoor parking lots.

Fructipierre is a diversified income focused fund with a portfolio that comprises offices and retail assets in Central Paris and Paris Île de France.

AEW Ciloger was advised by ADDH – Me DECHIN and the seller by 14 Pyramides – Me GOURRET.

Cushman &Wakefield  and Hayter International were co-exclusive mandated in this transaction.
