CBRE Global Investors has appointed Laurie Lagarde as Logistics Portfolio Manager. Laurie will be overseeing portfolio strategy and performance of pooled funds dedicated to logistics in Continental Europe. These include the European Industrial Fund (EIF), a perpetual fund which owns a portfolio of logistics assets in France, Germany, Benelux, Iberia and Italy.
Laurie joins CBRE Global Investors from Prologis where she was a Vice President Transactions Officer for seven years. She was in charge of all acquisitions and dispositions of logistics assets for Southern Europe and brings a vast wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role.

Having worked in logistics and real estate for over the last 16 years, I look forward to building on my experience to help the company manage and invest in more successful logistics assets across Europe.”
Laurie has also previously worked for AMB as a project manager, in charge of managing new developments in France and she has worked in London for five years, as the Head of Purchasing in the UK for French construction company, Bouygues.
She is a Chartered Surveyor MRICS and a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply MCIPS. Laurie is based in Paris and will report to Pierre-David Baylac.
CBRE Global Investors manages aggregate AuM in industrial and logistics assets totaling €6.45bn in EMEA on behalf of various funds and separate accounts.
